The Redevelopment Authority, in cooperation with the Enterprise Zone of Bucks County, developed a Revolving Loan Fund program as an additional incentive to encourage business expansion and the redevelopment of areas that are distressed, experiencing deterioration, disinvestment and/or blight. The program provides qualified existing and start-up businesses with access to low-interest financing for working capital, machinery and equipment, acquisition costs, rehabilitation and workforce expansion. Program objectives include eliminating blighted, vacant or underutilized properties, creating family sustaining employment opportunities for persons of low-to-moderate income and revitalizing communities and their economic base.
